655130 is the only version of the launcher you should be using. If you aren't running this, please visit this link and download the correct version.

It doesn't downgrade itself, so if you got a higher version (for instance while we were testing something on a test server that you used your primary client to connect to) it won't roll back on its own.

So it's not our server, but the CDN in your area, that is the problem. This is something that will require a support ticket to resolve, most likely.

CDN stands for Content Delivery Network. (Strap yourself in if you actually know something about CDNs - I'm somewhat of an ignoramus in the field). Basically a bunch of servers in different data centres all over the world. CDN operators deliver content to end users. Basically, you aren't downloading your builds from the TQ server itself, you're downloading it from one of many CDN mirrors depending on where you are DNS-geographically.
